For good health and a happy life, it’s very important to know when to give a fuck and when not to give a fuck. I, myself, all too often experience the stress of giving far too many fucks, far too often. So I wrote this as a mean of alleviation and liberation from feeling overly fucked.

Please know, this piece, I Don’t Give a Fuck in F Major, is not meant to give anyone permission to be an asshole, or even to be irreverent on any level. It’s meant to assist letting go of the fucks that keep us down. So use this piece as a tool to free yourself of those bothersome fucks, so you can feel good and focus on a fuller, happier life filled with love and good service.
